How do I get access to the data collected?
Within Monterosa Interaction Cloud the data is stored within the Forms Extension which allows you to securely manage competitions or Data entry.
Monterosa can also configure our CDP to securely send data to your CRM, CDP or marketing platform for you to process and manage within your own existing processes.
How are winners notified?
Entries will be connected to an email addresses. You have two options for winner fulfillment.
You can use the Winner Picker within Monerosa Interaction Cloud to select a winner for a number of prizes per competition.
Alternatively if the data is being securely sent to your own CDP you can use your existing winner management system and process.
Can I adjust the likelihood associated with certain results?
That is currently not possible, however duplicated options could deliver the same effect
