An overview of platform Extensions

Extensions encompass a suite of APIs that extend the functionality of Monterosa / Interaction Cloud.

These Extensions do not function as standalone components, but instead add functionality to Monterosa / Interaction Cloud with an internal plug-in architecture. This may include anything from behind the scenes backend functionality through to fully interactive, UI driven, in-depth features.

Extensions may also use and require other extensions to access their full functionality and often involve a combination of private and public API endpoints that can be developed against.
