Protecting your vote from bots and attacks

Monterosa's voting service utilises Monterosa / Interaction Cloud™ to count and report on voting. The platform Certification service can be enabled to provide audit and suspicious voting detection.

Note that no voting solution is 100% secure from manipulation attempts. However, risks of bot voting can be mitigated. Specific vote security advice and solutions design can be provided by your Monterosa relationship manager.

Authentication / registration is among the most secure ways to ensure vote security. This introduces a way to link a user session to an identifier such as an email address or phone number. A number of different registration integrations can be provided including SMS and Email.

Once registered, voters do not need to repeat the registration unless the app is deleted and reinstalled.
