Push notifications can be sent to Fan Companion apps via the Notifications console, accessed from Monterosa / Interaction Cloud™. Manual and Scheduled Push notifications are supported in the platform.
This includes a full history of all notifications that have been sent.
Do push notifications support emojis? Yes! User devices might not support the latest Unicode emojis, so device support should be considered when using the latest emojis. Is there a character length limit? The length of the message is technically limited to 1024 characters, but we would not advise sending messages longer than 120 characters. Can we see how many users have opened the notification? Unfortunately not.
