Feature Description

Gameshow Live utilises the Monterosa Interaction Cloud Push Notifications service. This is a simple solution which allows you to notify users and remind them of games that are about to start. Scheduled Push notifications are not yet implemented.

How it works

Behind its simplicity, the Monterosa Interaction Cloud Push Notifications service is able to send push notifications to very high volumes of users efficiently.

Gameshow Live possess an internal notification system, allowing for push notifications to be displayed even when the application is open.

MixPanel push notifications are also supported, enabling for more segmented user targeting, although these are less timely.

Q&A

Is there any cost associated with sending push notifications? No - push notifications use the underlying Google and Apple services

Can push notifications target segments of players? Not currently - only mass push notifications are supported

Can players opt-out of push notifications? The settings to opt in or out are made on a user's own device, outside of game control. The game can reward players for enabling push notifications however.
