What devices and Operating Systems are supported?

Gameshow Live works best on modern, up to date smartphones and operating systems.

• The product is tested and supported on iOS 10 and Android 7.0 or greater.

• Tablets are not supported at the current time.

• Audiences playing live require a WiFi, 4G or 5G connection and full battery life.

What monetisation mechanics are included?

Gameshow Live creates value for organisations via first-party data, app installs, advertising and brand partnerships.

Can it be gamed or manipulated by robots?

Questions and answers are published in real time, and not stored in client applications ahead of the game. Careful question writing can further ensure that bots cannot be used to gain an advantage in the game.

What is the business model?

Gameshow Live is provided on a SaaS + Implementation basis. The costs of both components are driven by a range of factors that your relationship manager will scope for you.

Who designs and implements our version of the product?

Our Client Solutions team, led by one of our Producers, will work with you to create a visual concept, according to your style guide. The Monterosa design team create the app's visual assets and we implement them on your behalf, test and submit the app to app stores.

What latency levels does Gameshow Live deliver?

Questions are delivered to the app with sub-second latency, while video images have a typical latency of 1-2 seconds, depending on the encoder used. Gameshow Live settings allow the latency to be tuned in the app, so that questions appear in perfect sync with the video.

Who submits my app?

Either Monterosa or your team can submit your app. Please contact you account manager to discuss the best approach for your project.

Can my app be available anywhere in the world?

Yes it can, subject to store approval and regulatory compliance. You can choose what countries the app is available in.

How do you collect user feedback?

Users are able to leave feedback in the Apple App store and on Google Play.

Within the app itself, Gameshow Live includes a 'Rate our app' feature already optimised for best results.
