Schedule & Events
The Interaction Cloud is based around an Event Schedule concept. The Schedule tab shows a list of events associated with the current Project.
The Schedule tabs are:
- Now & Next - events that are currently live, waiting to be manually started, or scheduled to start at a clock time. The event types are
livemanualorupcoming - Finished - events that have been completed or stopped
- Repeats - events that are set to repeat
You can Search for events using the Event's name or UUID within the search bar underneath the Create New Event button.
