From inside an Event, press the [ + Element ] button to open the Element selection menu and select the Element you want to create. Elements are placed on the timeline of an Event, with Timing properties based on the Element type. .
When creating this Element you will see the following tabs in Monterosa / Interaction Cloud to configure your Element:
