Display Modes
Screen layouts supported by FanKit
FanKit has a set of predetermined Display Modes which structure the layout of the screen. Display Modes are defined on a per-Event basis.
Along with setting your Display Mode, you can also define a Promo Area for inserting audio, images and video which exists a level above the Elements you publish.
FanKit also allows the use of a special Score Bar component pinned one level above the Display Mode layout. This is also configured at an Event level - see the Score Bar documentation for more info.

Containers and tabs
Three modes (Timeline, Video led and Hub) allow Creators to add tabs to their layouts. Tabs allow a column to contain multiple streams of Elements, which can be navigated between by the end user. When a container or tab is created, it is given a Container ID
such as "Latest" which can be referenced when creating an Element, to publish the Element inside that "Latest" container.
Containers and tabs may also contain child tabs and containers which function in the same way, allowing a second tier of content for more complex navigation; content-heavy Experiences or data-rich events such as sports.
Promo Area
The Promo Area displays at the top of any Display Mode. There are a number of Promo Area types, like the Display Modes the type is defined on a per-Event basis.
Audio
Minimal player for live audio streams or audio on demand which can drive or compliment the Experience's content.
Image
One large hero image to set the stage for the Experience.
Tiles
Add a series of tiles each with their own cover image, linking to any URL.
Video
Embed a large video source live or on demand to headline or compliment the Experience.
