The Share Image converter generates a rich media image that users can easily share on social media platforms. This converter facilitates the promotion and viral spread of content by empowering users to share visually appealing images associated with their own interactions.
Devices with share tray functionality, such as mobile devices and Apple products in the Safari browser, open a share tray for fans to directly share on social media and messaging services like Facebook, X, and WhatsApp.
For devices that do not support this feature, such as Windows desktops and browsers like Chrome or Edge, fans can copy the share URL to their clipboard. They can then paste the URL into their chosen social media and messaging service.
First the Share Image per Element should be selected to display on the Result Screen, go to App Settings > Settings > Result Screen:
When sharing is enabled the Share Image replaces the State Box.
Go to App Settings > Settings > Result Sharing to find the following configuration settings:
Share Url
This is the URL where, upon sharing an image, a fan who clicks on the shared image will be directed.
Background image
Upload or choose from library a background image for the all Share Images
Global Sharing Image

Global Sharing Image (incorrect)
Brand logo

Footer text
Text to be displayed at the bottom of the image
These settings are for all Elements (Global settings) so they are not needed to be completed multiple times. However should you need a specific configuration per Element those can be overwritten. Simply go to App Settings > Settings > Result Sharing (Element Override)
The styles for the Share Image are derived from the Element in which they appear. For instance, a Poll Element would include attributes such as option button text colour, background colour, and option button border radius.
For Elements that have sharing selected, the text labels for the sharing button can be found in: App Settings > Text > Result Sharing
Share Label
The default text is displayed in the share button on devices that support share tray sharing, such as mobile devices and the Safari browser.
Clipboard Label
The default text displayed in the share button on devices that don’t support share tray sharing, such as mobile devices and the Safari browser.
Copied to clipboard Label
In the above scenario, when a fan has clicked on the share button to copy to clipboard, this text will be displayed.
Text within the share image, and surrounding the image when posted to a site or messaging service can be found in: App Settings > Text > [Element Type]
