Attach a well-placed form to content when users are most engaged. This converter can be used to collect valuable user information or preferences, enabling Creators to tailor their offerings or gather feedback from fans.

How do I create a Form?

To set up a Form, click on the Forms tab in the side bar. You can choose to import an existing form or create a new one.

To create a new form, click on the Create Forms button, give the form a name then click create.

To add fields, go to the Form tab, then click add.

Select the type of input you want then add in the label for your field. You can also choose to make this mandatory, by checking the box.

Once you've added your fields, you can preview the fields by clicking Form Preview.

How do I add my Form to an Element?

Now you've set up your Form, you can add it to different Elements.

Within your Element's settings, scroll down to the Competition Form section and select your Form from the dropdown.
