Output Modes
How to integrate Monterosa Experiences into your existing website or a native app
Monterosa Experiences are real-time responsive web apps powered by Monterosa / Interaction Cloud. Every Experience is different, with each one designed to live in one or more differing contexts, known as Output Modes.
  1. 1.
Standalone Pages — essentially a mini-website where a dedicated URL serves up a responsive experience for mobile or desktop.
  2. 2.
Inline Page Embed — generally for simpler Experiences that operate as modules within a web page
  3. 3.
Native App WebView — where a native app is the destination, an Experience can be destined for a WebView that is initiated by the host app.

Which mode?

For guidance on which modes are most suitable for each Experience, check the Output Modes listed on the Experience info panel:
Please note that although the scenarios documented below are the most frequently chosen by our customers, they do not cover all possible use cases. Please open a support request or speak to your Account Manager to arrange a solution architecture review — we appreciate that each infrastructure is different and we're dedicated to helping you identify the most efficient integration strategy for yours.

Are your web integrations secure?
I don't like iFrames and WebViews, they always look clunky. Are yours different?
Can you make the Experience look on-brand?
Can you integrate with our SSO?
Can you integrate with our video streaming/loyalty/analytics/CRM/etc?
Can we access a pre-production version of the Experience for tests and training?
