Getting an account on Monterosa / Interaction Cloud™
How do I get an account?
You will need an email invitation in order to create an account. To receive your invite please contact us or request from your account manager.
If you forget your password, simply click the Forgotten Password link on the login page.
Why can't I sign in?
The Interaction Cloud is hosted on instances in both Europe and the USA. Each instance has its own account system and so you will be invited to the instance that is most suitable for you. You can check which instance you have been invited to via the URL:
