Monterosa / Interaction Cloud™ User Roles

Monterosa / Interaction Cloud™ offers three levels of user accounts: Admin, Creator and Viewer. These can also be assigned with scope for a specific Project, Space or Organisation-wide giving fine-grained control over users ability to view and edit content.

• An Organisation VIEWER has a viewer role in all Spaces in the Organisation and all the Projects within Spaces - they cannot edit content or settings.

• An Organisation CREATOR has a creator role for all Projects within all Spaces - they can create and edit content and settings.

• An Organisation ADMIN can do all of the above plus create Spaces and add/edit Organisation members

• A Space VIEWER has a viewer role in all Projects within a Space - they cannot edit content or settings

• A Space CREATOR has a creator role in all Projects within a Space - they can create and edit content and settings

• A Space ADMIN has an admin role in all projects within a Space - they can do all of the above plus edit Space details
