What is a Quiz?

A quiz is an interactive element that tests a fan's knowledge by presenting a series of multiple-choice questions, each with a single correct answer. All the questions are contained within a quiz wrapper, providing a structured and straightforward way to engage fans in a test of knowledge.

What Elements do I need to create a Quiz?

There are two Elements needed to make a quiz. These are:

Quiz Wrapper

A parent container that houses all questions within a quiz.

Quiz Question

A single multiple-choice trivia question with one correct answer, designed for use within a Quiz Wrapper.

How do I set up a Quiz?

Create a Quiz Wrapper Element

Give your Quiz Wrapper Element a unique Quiz ID. Studio generates this for you but you can change this to better reference in your Quiz Questions.

Create a Quiz Question Element

Apply the Quiz ID to all Quiz Question Elements that you want to be included in this Quiz.

Can I change the message and styling of a quiz result depending on a Fan's score?

Yes, you can apply a unique message and one of three styles states (default, correct, incorrect) to different score results of a Quiz. Go to the Overrides tab in the Quiz Wrapper Element setup and create an item for each score you want to create a unique message / styling for. You can list multiple scores in one item by separating them with commas.

Can I randomise quiz questions for each Fan?

Absolutely, when setting up a Quiz Wrapper go to the Content tab and enter the Number of random questions you'd like each Fan to see. This will randomly select that number of questions from the available Quiz Question Elements for each Fan.
