The Topic Element enables content creators to establish discussion topics where fans can engage through comments in a forum-style environment. This component serves as the core building block for the Live Comments Experience.
Live Comments provides fans with a place to discuss topics set by editors, within parameters that can be controlled manually. This means no open conversation, without a pre-set topic.
By setting topics, or threads, not only can you encourage conversation that is relevant to a specific theme, it also improves our ability to moderate comments based on the notion of being ‘on-topic’.
