Participants

Set up data items

Allows you to set up data items in one place to then be referenced across multiple Elements. Often used for items such as Participants and Players. How do I set up and use a Participant?

Participants can be set up in two easy steps:

Add items

Inside a Project, navigate to Participants. When creating an item, give the item a unique item ID so that it can be used to reference in Elements.

Reference items in Element

When creating an Element, use the item ID to reference the item you'd like to use in this Element. You can re-use the same item across multiple Elements.

Generic Participants

When creating the Element insert the item ID into the Option Title field when creating an option so that it references the full data set of the item.

Compatible with Elements:

• Podium Predictor

• Player Predictor

• Ladder Poll

• Ladder Trivia

Soccer Players

Unique data points are needed to support Soccer Players. When creating the Element insert the item ID into the Option Title field when creating an option so that it references the full data set of the item.

Compatible with Elements:

• Team Selector - When the sport is set to Soccer in the Element.

Rugby Players

Unique data points are needed to support Rugby Players. When creating the Element insert the item ID into the Option Title field when creating an option so that it references the full data set of the item.

Compatible with Elements:

• Team Selector - When the sport is set to Rugby in the Element.

Basketball Players

Unique data points are needed to support Basketball Players. When creating the Element insert the item ID into the Option Title field when creating an option so that it references the full data set of the item.

Compatible with Elements:

• Team Selector - When the sport is set to Basketball in the Element.

Option images can overwrite the item option image if uploaded directly to the Element Option image field
