A Project is a container for multiple Events.
The App menu will display all Apps that have previously been added to this Project. Simply select one from the menu to associated it with this Project. Every Project must have an associated App and so a Project cannot be created without one selected.
Apps need to be added by Monterosa team. Please please contact our support team at support@monterosa.co.uk in order to discuss your App requirements.
Click on the menu icon at the end of a Project row on the Space home screen and select Edit Project.
A member must have Admin role for this Organisation / Space in order to add new or edit a Project. More information Teams and their Roles can be found here.
To protect against accidental Project deletion please contact our support team at support@monterosa.co.uk in order to delete a Project.
Yes, Projects can be archived by clicking on the menu icon at the end of a Project row on the Space home screen and selecting Archive Project.
We recommend archiving Projects when all Events have finished and there is no longer a need to run any new Events. Listings data from your past Events will still be available.
To protect against accidental archival of a Project the name of the Project must be typed before confirming this action.
Archiving a Project cannot be undone
When Archiving a Project, it will be unretrievable and the following actions will be performed:
Stop loading the App
Stop all Events
Unschedule any scheduled Events
Remove any Enmasse data
You can favourite Projects so that they are grouped together in a separate favourites list. Simply hover on the Project row you wish to favourite and click on the star icon. This will add the Project to the favourites list.
There is no limit on the number of Projects that can be created within a Space! However we do recommend regular clean up of idle Projects such as those with no live Events by using the Archive feature. See Archiving a Project for more information.
