Spaces are containers for your projects

Introducing Spaces

Experiences and Apps are managed within Projects, and those Projects can be organised within Spaces.

Spaces house settings found in Space Settings such as tags and labels for Project Environment, e.g. production or staging. In future Spaces will be the centralised parent for integrations, styling and other inherited configuration.

How do I add a new Space?

Click on the + New Space button on the Spaces screen. A new Space will be created and named "Untitled" by default. To update the name of your Space visit Space Settings.

How do I edit a Space?

To quickly edit a Space from the Spaces screen hover over a Space to see the edit icon and go to Space Settings.

What role must I be in order to add or edit a Space?

A member must have Admin role for this Organisation in order to add or edit a Space. More information on Teams and their Roles can be found here.

Can I delete a Space?

To protect against accidental Space deletion you must contact our support team at support@monterosa.co.uk in order to delete a Space.

Is there a limit to how many Spaces I can create?

There is no limit on the number of Spaces that can be created within an Organisation!

What are the stats displayed on a Space?

For each Space we display two types of stat:

Total Users

The overall number of unique user IDs connected to all Events within a Space. For definitions please see Metrics.

Interactions

The overall number of interactions (such as a real-time user interaction with an Experience) from all Projects within a Space
