An overview of how to create Experiences from the Library

What are Experiences?

Experiences are ready-made web apps, available for you to set up and deploy quickly. They come in varying shapes, sizes, and are unlimited in their potential – because you get to choose between off-the-shelf Experiences and custom ones.

Each Experience is individually designed to create a compelling journey for the audience, driving engagement and conversion.

They live in the Experiences Library tab, which is like your personal "App Store" for fan engagement.

How do I create an Experience?

The Experience Creator allows you to quickly create an Experience with a few simple steps.

Experience Library

Visit the Experiences Library to discover all Experiences available. Choose an Experience and click Create

The Store

Setup

Give your Experience a name and choose which Space for it be created in.

Style

Style your Experience.

Build

Hit Build, and you're Experience will start to build!

How do I preview my Experience?

Once your Experience has been created you will see the Timeline screen with the View Event preview panel open. To find out more about preview visit the Preview page.

How do I embed my Experience?

When you are happy with your Experience setup and are ready to embed visit embedding.

Can I create a native app Experience?

The Experience Creator currently supports web apps and is not available for native apps. For more information on native apps please open a support request or speak to Customer Success to arrange a solution review.
