Analytics

Analytics Feature Guide

Analytics is our new tool made to gain deeper visibility into content performance.

This guide covers everything you need to know about the new Analytics dashboard - what you can track, how to filter it, and how to use it to make better decisions.

What is the Analytics dashboard?

The Analytics dashboard gives you a single, unified view of how your audience is engaging with your experiences from the broad organisational level down to an individual interactive element. It's built for data-driven decisions, with metrics designed to be actionable.

What's changed

Analytics has been rebuilt to give you deeper visibility across all levels of your platform structure in one place. This is a work in progress and will change frequently.

How do I access Analytics?

Analytics is available from the left-hand navigation in your Organisation in Monterosa / Interaction Cloud platform. Look for the Analytics item, marked BETA.

Once inside, the dashboard defaults to showing data across your entire organisation. Use the filter controls at the top to drill into specific spaces, projects, or events.

What engagement metrics can I track?

The Usage Overview section surfaces six core engagement metrics. Together they give you a complete picture - from raw reach, to active participation, to what content is capturing the most attention.

  • Unique Users - Total unique users who connected to Monterosa / Interaction Cloud by viewing a Monterosa Experience

  • Engaged Users - Unique users who engaged in a vote, poll, trivia or other Monterosa Experience

  • Engagement Ratio - The percentage of engaged users from total unique users

  • Live User Count - Number of users who are currently connected to Monterosa / Interaction Cloud by viewing a Monterosa Experience

  • Most Popular Interactive Elements - Top interactive elements ranked by total interactions within your selected scope

  • Most Popular Events - Ranks your events by engagement volume, helping you identify which experiences resonate most

What Forms metrics can I track?

Forms is our data capture and management solution for competitions, sweepstakes and lead generation.

The Forms section of the Analytics dashboard gives you four dedicated metrics that go beyond raw submission counts. Together they help you understand the full user journey through your forms — from first view, to completion, to opt-in.

  • Form Submitters - Unique users who submitted a form

  • Opt-in Rate - Percentage of form submitters who opted in to marketing communications

  • Submission Rate - Percentage of active users who submitted a form

  • Forms submissions break down per form - Covers top 10 forms ranked by highest number of submissions

How do I see how each individual form is performing, not just my overall totals?

The Form Submissions table in the Live data panel breaks down performance per form — showing the Submission Rate and Opted-In count for each form in your current filtered scope. This lets you compare forms side-by-side and quickly spot outliers.
